Zikrilla Ne’mat was born in 1961. She graduated from the journalism faculty of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz National University and the Uzbekistan Republic Academy of Internal Affairs. She was the editor-in-chief of the "Postda" newspaper and the "Qalqon" journal, among others
